According to Hong Kong Post: Due to the significant increase in Bulk Air Mail and Registered Air Mail traffic after the Chinese New Year, Hongkong Post requires longer time than usual to complete the processing of outbound air mail items, which are now subject to delay. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Important Note

The Air Mail and Registered Air Mail Services to most countries will take around 10 to 20 days. This time will be longer if there is anything unusual such as bad weather, customs inspection or public vacations. The delivery to countries in South America, Middle East, Africa and East Europe may occasionally take up to 3 - 4 weeks or longer. For any further information, please contact us by clicking here.
